Rear Deltoid Fly

In this video, Adrian Ball teaches you how to complete a rear delt fly.

  1. Your starting position is parallel to the floor, using a bench for support, grasp your dumbbells, one in each hand.
  2. With your arms slightly bent, contract your rear deltoids to bring the weight up and out to your sides. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the rep.
  3.  Slowly bring your arms back down to the starting position.
  4. Maintain tightness in your core and repeat!
