Dumbbell Prone Row

In this video Head Coach, Adrian Ball, covers the Dumbbell Prone Row. The Dumbbell Prone Row is a great exercise for the specific development of the Back.

1: Lie chest down on an incline bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand

2: Keeping your chest against the bench, row the weights up, leading with your elbows.

3: Hold the top position for a second, then lower the weights back to the start.
