Shaye Sheridan

I began training with A.J because I felt he was the most approachable P.T at my gym. Over the past 8 weeks he has helped me in so many ways, from my confidence in the gym environment, using the equipment correctly and now my own ability when I train alone.

I had hit a plateau that I had been struggling with for about 12 months. A.J has helped me get my training and nutrition (9lbs down) back on track and working towards my goals. He has made it enjoyable again and not a chore. I’m so pleased with my progress so far.

A.J has also been helping me with my own level 2 in Personal Training and have come to see him as a bit of a Mentor. He is always there with advice and  to answer any questions I might have at any time of the day.
