“AJ approached me in the gym at the start of this year and was just generally interested in my training/nutrition and what my goals were for the year; at this point in time I was at a bit of a plateau stage and not really moving anywhere, after a couple of conversations in and around the gym I decided that I would like AJ to coach me through a cutting phase as knowing him for a few years I knew he had the expertise to guide me and push me to where I wanted to be.

I have now completed a 20-week diet plan with AJ, this seems long but after much discussion, we decided this was the right length of time due to pre-booked holidays etc.
Over this period of 20 weeks, I have dropped 31lbs whilst retaining as much muscle as possible.

He has been everything and more you can ask of as a coach. I feel like I have learned more in the last 20 weeks of working with AJ than in the prior few years of being in the gym. He always has time for his clients and will explain every little detail necessary throughout the process.

I couldn’t recommend AJ as a coach anymore to anyone and I am looking forward to continuing working with him in the future.”
