Personal training sessions are tailored to your requirements. Focusing on your goals and  your key areas for improvement. Together, we will get the best out of you each and every session

As we work together you will learn how to:

  • Apply correct form and technique
  • Train with the relevant intensity
  • Use a variety of different methods to train
  • Understand how to train specific to your goal

Most importantly, you’ll be doing all of the above whilst having a smile on your face!

This service includes:

  • 55 minute 1-1 sessions (available in blocks of 5, 10, 15, 20)
  • Access to video tutorials to further your understanding of how to perform exercises
  • Basic nutrition advice tailored to your requirements
  • Weekly check-in’s to keep you on track

In addition to the above, support is given round the clock via both mobile and e-mail. Making sure that care and support is always available.
